offers pump-fill stations for filling lamp tubes
with process gas at the customer specified pressure
and sealing them in the inert atmosphere. The product
range reaches from manual R&D or pilot production
systems to fully automated production systems.

Silocon
Oxide Removal |

CleanJet series offers an effective and safe
way to remove silicon oxide dust from the glove
box. This dust builds up during sealing the lamp
tubes.
